Clubbing TV has successfully produced and broadcasted more than 1500 hours of live streamings from all around the globe over the last 10 years, including one World Guinness Record for the longest DJ live stream.

Knowing all the pros & cons of the live streaming experience, the technical headaches, the platforms challenges, the endless Content ID claims, the electronic music TV channel Clubbing TV decided during lockdown to take some time and establish the criteria of what makes a good live streaming and give you a Top 40 of…. the best DJ streamers !

Special Categories Winners

Along with the TOP40 Live Streaming DJs, a series of 8 special categories have been made to reward:

“the coolest DJ live stream”, “the most original format”, “the longest DJ live stream”, “the best fundraiser”, “the best global initiative”, “the biggest line up”, “the out of comfort zone”, and since almost every DJ on planet earth has made some sort of live stream during the lockdown, the very special category of “the most notable absentees” !

The first edition’s of the Top 40 Live Streaming DJs has been made by the vote of 12 independent professionals of the music industry which were asked to give notes on criteria such as regularity, quality, scenery & fund raising, on an extensive list of DJs doing live streaming.

A new criteria, “the vote of the public” will be added to the 2021 edition asking the fans to vote for their favorite live streaming DJs but the poll will never be fully based on the public’s votes in order to keep the possibility for newcomers to stand out and enter the charts even if their fan base is still confidential.
